Sales Manager (m/w/d)


This is what you are going to do

In the position of Sales Manager, you are responsible for the further development and maintenance of your key accounts. Generating new business is an important part of your job, but relationship management is just as important.

Call, Call, Call. Warm, cold. Whatever. Given your experience, you know the best way to reach a prospect is by calling instead of emailing. In summary, your role will consist of:

  • Reaching out and connecting with new and existing customers

  • Responsible for building your internal and external network

  • Assisting your clients with capacity issues and developments within the financial sector

  • Guide the process between the client and the candidate

  • Work within the sales team and connect with the recruitment team to achieve great successes together.

This is you

As a Sales Manager at Solid Professionals, you have a solid personality and are not afraid to pitch your ideas for improving our business. You are enterprising, enthusiastic, and independent. In addition, you have:

  • A completed (commercial) degree

  • Good in English, Native German

  • 0- 3 years of relevant commercial working experience within the staffing industry (financial sector is a plus)

  • Experience/affinity with Finance, Risk & IT
